TERMS OF SERVICE:

↳ All songs made will be in my musical style. I highly suggest sending me reference songs for how you may want a song to sound for its key or time signature and whatnot, but please do NOT ask me to replicate the style of another artist entirely. Please only commission me because of my own music.

↳ Using my music for commercial and non-commercial projects is fine, but I ask that you please credit me in some form. Music for completely personal use is fine without credit (but is still kind).

↳ By commissioning me, you also give me permission to post the final project to my social media accounts (however, unless requested otherwise, I will mention you in my description as the one who commissioned me).

↳ I require full payment before beginning. I will accept refunds fully before I get started, half-refunds if I am halfway through, and partial refunds if I am finished.

↳ I will update you on the progress throughout to confirm that everything sounds to your liking.

↳ I will allow small edits to the final piece and large edits to the planing stage of each section (chorus, bridge, climax, etc). Large edits to a finished piece will require an additional $10 payment

↳ Full re-compositions after I have already finished will require a full payment.

COVER ART RULES

↳ All cover art will by default showcase the name of the song and the name of the commissioner over a basic patterned background. If there are any specific requests about the text on the cover, please consult me during the commission process.

↳ If you already have cover art you would like me to use in my post, please send it to me via email ([email protected]) to maintain the quality.

↳ If you drew the cover art/photographed it yourself and would like to be credited in my description, please let me know!

↳ If you would like me to draw the cover art for you, please commission me via my art commission form.

↳ If you had your cover art drawn or photographed by someone else or commissioned, you MUST verify that you have gotten clear permission from this artist for me to use their art in my post. If you are untruthful or steal artwork from another artist, you will be permanently banned from commissioning me for both my music and my art. Your commission will be refunded from me (fully refunded if the commission is incomplete, partially refunded if the commission is complete) and your song will go in my personal files.

↳ You may not send me images from Google/Pinterest/etc. unless you have gotten clear permission from the original artist. The same rules as above apply here too. I would highly prefer you do not send me anything from these places in general though.

↳ Use of AI for cover art is strictly prohibited and your commission will be refunded and terminated (fully refunded if the commission is incomplete, partially refunded if the commission is complete). You will also be permanently banned from commissioning me for both my music and my art.

FAQ!

↳ I am a music major looking to eventually compose for games and/or media and maybe also teach DAW composition!

↳ I use FL Studio to compose.

↳ Most instruments I use are Kontakt 7-compatible instruments (native instruments for example).

↳ Music can take anywhere from a few weeks to a month to complete, especially because I am taking very rigorous university classes, so please be patient!
